These terms apply to one-time purchases of EIS Monitor credits from VJ Consulting. They do not create a subscription or automatic renewal.
What you buy
Each package contains the number of credits and total price shown before checkout. One successfully completed Extraction or AI Analysis operation uses one credit. The included monthly allowance is used first; purchased credits are used only after that allowance is exhausted. RAG builds and Chat do not use purchased credits.
Purchased credits do not expire. They are linked to the EIS Monitor account whose email is shown in Stripe Checkout and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
Payment and delivery
Stripe securely processes the one-time payment. EIS Monitor does not receive or store full card details. Credits are added only after Stripe confirms successful payment, normally within a few minutes. A pending payment does not add credits.
If credits have not appeared after 15 minutes, do not pay again. Contact [email protected] with the account email, payment date and amount so we can trace the order.
Refunds
You may request a refund of unused purchased credits within 14 days of payment. If part of the package has been used, any approved refund is limited to the proportional unused part. Duplicate charges, payments that never deliver credits, and confirmed technical failures are reviewed for a full or appropriate partial refund.
When Stripe confirms a full or partial refund, the corresponding purchased credits are removed from the account. Mandatory rights under applicable consumer law are not limited by these terms.
Payment problems and disputes
If you do not recognise a charge, see a duplicate payment, or believe the service was not delivered as described, contact [email protected]. We aim to reply within two business days and resolve valid payment issues promptly.
A bank dispute may temporarily remove the corresponding purchased credits while Stripe and the card issuer review the payment. Credits are restored if the dispute is resolved in our favour.
Receipts and records
Payment status, amount, purchased credits and available Stripe receipt links are shown in Account payment history. EIS Monitor retains payment and credit records for accounting, fraud-prevention, chargeback and legal purposes as described in the privacy and cookie notice.
