Decision support around official procurement data

EIS Monitor organizes public records, available documents, extracted facts and provenance around a specific procurement. It does not replace the official procurement procedure or turn separate procurements into unsupported market conclusions.

Supplier assessments are private to the account that runs them. Buyer and Supplier roles can be used together when one organization needs both perspectives.

Primary sources include Latvia's Electronic Procurement System and the Latvian Open Data Portal. EIS Monitor is an independent assessment tool and is not an official government website.
